At MilVectores we take care of your data. This policy explains what information is used when you visit milvectores.com and why.

2. What data we use
- Anonymous statistics: we count visits per page, clicks to Etsy and tool usage. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address, your name or anything that identifies you.
- Data you send us: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp (name, email, phone and your question), we use it only to reply, provide after-sales support and, where applicable, meet legal obligations.
- Preferences in your browser: the site remembers your language and some tool settings on your own device. That information is not sent to any server and you can delete it by clearing your browser data.
3. Cookies
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and the statistics work without cookies. The only cookie is the one for logging in to the admin panel, used only by the site owner.
4. Free tools
The Box Workshop, Nesting, the Scale Calculator and the Unit Converter run inside your browser. Files you load into Nesting are processed on your computer and are not sent to any server.
5. Purchases
Purchases are made on Etsy. Payment and delivery data are processed by Etsy under its own privacy policy; we only receive what is needed to handle your order.
6. Third-party services
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the site; it may process technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security purposes.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces and jsDelivr serves the 3D view components of the Box Workshop.
- Etsy, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp apply their own policies when you follow a link to them.
7. Who we share data with
We don't sell or share your data with third parties, except as described in this policy or when required by law.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system is infallible, so we recommend care when using shared devices or public networks.
9. Your rights
- Ask for access to your personal data.
- Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
- Withdraw your consent for us to use it.
