At MilVectores we design quality, functional plans optimized for CNC and laser cutting. These Terms and Conditions aim to keep a clear and transparent relationship with every customer and with everyone who uses this site.
This website (milvectores.com) is operated by Miguel Jara, owner of MilVectores (the "OWNER"). By browsing or using this site, or by buying any of our designs, you (the "USER") accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purchases
Our designs are sold through Etsy (MilVectoresEstudio shop). Payment and delivery take place on that platform: the file is available for instant download from the USER's Etsy account once payment is confirmed. Etsy's policies also apply to those purchases.
2. Use of the designs
- The USER may make and sell physical products made from our designs, with no quantity limit.
- Reselling, sharing, distributing or uploading the digital files to third-party platforms is not allowed.
- Using the files as a basis to create and sell new digital designs is not allowed either.
3. Copyright
All designs and files are the intellectual property of MilVectores. A purchase grants a license to make physical products, not ownership of the design. Digital reproduction, modification or redistribution without express written permission is prohibited.
4. Returns and refunds
Because our products are digital, no returns, exchanges or refunds are made once the file has been downloaded. We recommend checking each listing's description (formats, machine and material thickness) before buying and asking us if you have any questions.
5. Technical guarantee
All our designs come with a technical guarantee. If a file has an error, the USER should contact us and we will provide a solution within 24 business hours of the report (weekends and holidays excluded).
6. Design conditions
- Tolerances: some designs include versions with different tolerance margins as an added value; this does not create an obligation to produce additional custom files.
- Standard designs: published designs are not modified on request; adaptations are quoted separately.
- Custom designs: when offered, they are agreed and paid in advance. "General" designs may be added to the MilVectores catalog; "exclusive" designs are unique to the customer.
7. Free tools
The Box Workshop, Nesting, the Scale Calculator and the Unit Converter are offered free of charge and "as is". The files the USER generates with them belong to the USER, for personal or commercial use. The USER must check every file in their software and make test cuts before production: the OWNER is not responsible for wasted material, machine damage or results arising from the use of these tools.
8. Images, texts and guides
Published images are for illustration. Removing or altering watermarks is prohibited. Assembly guides are a courtesy of MilVectores and may include watermarks.
9. Use of the site
Using any material from this site without prior written permission is considered an infringement. Access to the site is not guaranteed 100% of the time, and the OWNER is not responsible for interruptions beyond their control.
